Included Earl's blue AN-6 to English Fine Thread. This is not the exact Metric

work. This kit also does not make allowances for the factory vacuum lines that
come off of the banjo fitting. The Toyota and AN parts below were used to retain
the
factory tubing. Earl's P/N: 991947 (Summit # EAR-991947)

No union on the 4Banger. The 4Runner 2.7 dip stick and guide tube give a perfect
reading with the T100 2.7 liter pan. If you buy the 4Runner dip stick and guide
tube
(easier than removing it) and compare it to the T100 dip stick and guide tube
the exact same amount of dip stick protrudes down into the oil.

Front Range Off Road Fabrication:
Front Range Off Road Fabrication MC09 Crawler/SAS, Tacoma T-Case Crossmember.
Need to slightly notch the passenger side with a plasma cutter that can handle
3/8" thick
material to clear the 4Runners floor contour. A 1" BL is a MUST to install this
part in a 4Runner as well. Longer mounting tabs are needed as well as the
4Runners frame
is 1/2" wider.
Autozone:
Preformed Heater Hose: S-4507
1/2" Heater Hose 4'
5/16" to 7/8" Hose Clamps (Qty. 8)
ACE Hardware:
1/2" HB X 3/8" MPT Barb: 46964-AB201A-8C (Qty. 2)
1/4" HB X 3/8" FPT Barb: 4013175-AB209a-4C (Qty. 2)
The hose and brass fittings are needed to move the location the rear heater
hoses go through the floor further forward, they go thought the floor stock
right where the
FRORF crossmember lines up with a Marlin MC09. You only have to get the
parts listed under Autozone and Ace Hardware above if you have a Marlin Crawler
MC09 or other dual case setup. These parts are not needed if you have the
stock single case setup.

Jeep Wagoneer/Grand Wagoneer Axle Info
1979 and earlier are passenger side drop and narrow track.
1980 - 1982 are narrow track axles, same width as the 1979 and earlier but the
drop is driver side. These are desirable for a Dana 44 swap for a Jeep YJ.
1983 – 1984 Wide Track without the track bar mount. This will be a "Wagoneer"
and not a "Grand Wagoneer" Will have slugs and
not manual hubs, smaller carrier and 3.31 or 2.72 gears. A new carrier or locker
will be needed to go over 3.70 gears. Some of these may be vacuum disconnect,
avoid the vacuum disconnect axles at all cost. Make sure when asking for a
"Wagoneer" axle you get the SJ version and not the smaller late model XJ
Cherokee badged "Wagoneer".
1985-1991 Wide Track with Trac Bar mount which you will cut off anyway. Will have slugs
and not manual hubs, smaller carrier and 3.31 or 2.72 gears. A new carrier or
locker will
be needed to go over 3.70 gears. None of these axles will be vacuum
disconnect. 1985-1991Grand Wagoneers are your best bet for a 96+ Toyota
swap, they are also still "foreign"
Hecho en Venezuela. It looks like 1988-1991 are the South American
castings. We picked up an 87 and it was US cast.
Finally you DO NOT want the wide track Cherokee Chief axle. With the fender
flares it is too wide. You want a 61" WMS to WMS axle.
