So what is all this stuff for? The shaved upper a-arms allow clearance of the 315/75/16 tires on 16"x8" wheels with 4.5" backspacing. The limiting straps hold the Old Man Emu shocks back with the top out spacer. The top out spacer completes the lift with the Tundra coils. 1.5" of the lift is from the coils and the last .5" is from the top put spacer. An outside the pack spacer is more desirable and will not increase the stiffness of the coil like an inside the pack spacer. So with the spacer the OME shock is a bit too long allowing the back of the ball joint to tap the coil on full droop. The limiting straps stop the drop just a hair before the ball joint/coil contact.
