Front Spacer Install:

From left to right.  Cornbred 2nd Generation 2" to 2 1/2" front spacers (steel), Cornbred 2" rear 4Runner spacers (aluminum) & 1" x  3" e-brake bracket.

Compress the upper a-arm, remove lower shock mount bolt & sway bar end.

Remove the 3 nuts at the top of shock/spring assembly.

Remove shock/spring assembly.

Stock assembly and the Cornbred spacer.

Compress the spring so it is loose on the shock.

Remove the top nut from the shock.

The shock bushing, top plate & rubber bushing removed.

If you want to get 2.5" of lift instead of 2" you would add these rubber rings into the pack.

Compress the spring further in order to insert spacer into the pack.

Replace the stock top plate with the spacer and reassemble shock.

Make sure you line up the notches on the rubber gasket with the holes in the spacer & the spring with the spot on the rubber that it was previously  installed.  Align the bottom of the spring at the end of the cup mounted on the shock.  If you fail to, the upper holes will not line up and you will have to compress the spring again to move the spacer.  You may want to mark the location of all of the components prior to being unassembled.

Shock/spring unit with spacer installed.

Reinstall back on the vehicle.
