1996-2002 Toyota 4Runner Rear Bumper Features:


* Product is 100% bolt on, no frame modifications or drilling required.
* Product is built off of a Genuine Toyota frame from a 1998 4Runner for a perfect fit.
* Main tube 3”X3” ¼” wall square tube.
* Rounded ends to match a TJM front bumper.
* Rounded ends made from ¼” wall cold water pipe.
* Pressed in Class III receiver hitch, integrated into the main tube.
* Class III hitch welded on both the front and back of the main tube.
* Safety chain plate included.
* Two shackle hangers made from 1”x2” solid bar stock.
* Shackle hangers go completely through the main tube and are welded on the front and the back.
* Sides are fully boxed and made of 3/16” plate.
* Sides are reinforced back to the frame.
* Bumper is adjustable so variance from vehicle to vehicle can be compensated for.
* Factory or Aftermarket receiver can be installed and removed with out disturbing the bumper.
* All mounting hardware and wire feed tool is included.
* Stock or 1” Body Lift versions available.

Rear Bumper Install Guide

 

1996-2002 Toyota Rear Bumper $1200.00 BARE METAL, NOT PAINTED.  You MUST drive your actual truck to our shop in Tempe, Arizona as well for final assembly.  These bumpers CAN NOT be shipped.  You can not buy the bumper if you do not bring your actual vehicle in.

 

 

 

1984-1989 Toyota 4Runner Rear Bumper:

Same features as the 1996-2002 4Runner but made to accommodate this vehicle which has rear leaf springs.

1990-1995 Toyota 4Runner Rear Bumper:

Same features as the 1996-2002 4Runner but made to accommodate this vehicle which has a higher frame.

1989-1995 Toyota Mini-Pickup Rear Bumper:
 
 

The entire bumper including the 2"x6" main beam are all made from 1/4" wall/thick steel.  There is NOT currently a stronger rear bumper on the market for a Mini or Tacoma.  Bar none.

1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma Rear Bumper with Side Wings:

 
   

The entire bumper including the 2"x6" main beam are all made from 1/4" steel.  There is NOT currently a stronger rear bumper on the market for a Tacoma.  Bar none.  The wings are made from 3/16" plate and are cup shaped for strength.  Hanger go all the way though and are welded on both sides as well as the receiver.  The frame mounts are two piece to cover the bottom and side of the frame for extra strength and to pick up 2 more bolt through locations.  Ends of the main beam roll round on the top two inches to match the body of the bed, the lower section turns with geometric shaped plates.

1987-1995 Jeep YJ Wrangler Rear Tire Carrier Bumper:

Main beam is 3"x4" 1/4" wall tube, Hitch and Hangers go all the way through and are welded on BOTH sides.  Tire carrier main beam is 2"x3" 3/16" wall with three vertical 1"x3" supports.  Hinge is a huge 1.75" thick spindle/bearings from Slee Off Road designed to be used on their Toyota Land Cruiser FZJ-80 series bumpers.  Latch is a 7500 pound Carr-Lane piece.  If you are looking for a "Custom" Jeep bumper that is something special and not just a production line piece, this is your answer.  These bumper are more expensive than mass produced bumpers since they are hand made to your custom specifications.

 

All bumper are custom quoted and need to be built on your specific vehicle locally to ensure a perfect fit. 

No Custom bumpers can be pre-made and shipped.
