Mount your farm jack horizontally across the bed rails.  This part is for actual Hi-Lift brand jacks only, other off brands may not fit.  Made from 1.5" diameter .120 wall tube or 1.25" diameter schedule 40 pipe (same thing).  I use what ever I can find on the rem rack at the local metal yard.  This keeps the price down as you don't pay full price for the stick.  You paint or powder coat the bar and add wing nuts or bolts.  Fits all Tacoma beds that are 57" inner rail to inner rail.
