E-Locker Wiring Harness Bracket - Increase downward articulation

This is a bracket with 1" between the center if the holes, one hole has a welded nut.  This bracket moves the bolting position of the differential side of the Electric Locker wiring harness up 1", allowing for 1" more droop from longer shocks.
