About the 500R Sport Series
Combining longevity, performance and comfort, the 500R Sport Series uses race-proven and time-tested technology in a OE replacement, bolt-on package. Tuned to your specific vehicle application; reduces body roll while increasing control and comfort.

On or off road, cruising the streets or hammering the trails; our monotube shock utilizes a high flow main piston and internal floating piston (IFP) to ensure consistent performance.

100% bolt-on, serviceable, ride-height adjustable and re-tunable; the 500R Sport Series fits right into stock or lift mounts, ready to take a beating over and over again.

IFP
Push harder, go further.
An internal floating piston (IFP) separates the oil and gas chambers, eliminating shock fade and allowing for consistent performance.

RST High Performance - Foam Resistant Suspension Fluid keeps working hard even when temperatures rise, giving you the confidence to drive further and go faster.

Valving
Our CNC Machined - 6061 T6 Aluminum - 2.0 FreeFlo piston allows for maximum oil flow through the application-specific velocity-sensitive valving, increasing vehicle comfort and control both on and off road. Street, trail, and desert tested; ready to excel no matter where you drive.

Hydraulic Droop Stop
RST Hydro Droop Stop carries over technology used in our highest level of offroad motorsport dampers.

A secondary piston engages at the very end of the rebound stroke, reducing the forces the damper experiences during full droop events; virtually eliminates harsh top-out noise.

Fitment
Our 100% bolt-on shocks fit right into stock or lift mounts and retain stock hardware. Attractive yet functional new styling provides more clearance between the damper and suspension/steering parts, allowing for larger wheels and tires without changing stock offset.

OEM Style Rubber Bushings reduce noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) transmitted through the suspension while resisting corrosion.

Post, eyelet, bar pin, and clevis mounting options are available per application.

Springs
RST 3.00’’ I.D. Race Springs with rates tuned per vehicle application; designed to level and lift your vehicle out of the box.

Application-specific spring retainer and top mount utilize a composite isolator to dampen road NVH translated through metal-on-metal spring connections. A threaded, adjustable spring seat allows for quick and easy ride height changes.

Durability
3 Stage Redundant Seal Cap, SSID Steel Housing, and large ⅝’’ Chrome-Plated stainless Steel Shaft maintains durability and resists dents, knicks, and chips. OEM Grade Rubber Bushings, 6061 T6 Aluminum CNC Machined Parts, Type II Hard Anodizing, and Cadmium (CAD) plating stand up to real-world abuse and offer unparalleled corrosion resistance.
